About The Role
We're looking for a Technology Strategy Consultant to join our Strategy & Renewal team! Someone who can be a trusted partner to our clients’ CIOs/CTOs and navigate smoothly between business and technology. You can read more about our Strategy & Renewal Service Line here.
In this role, you’ll shape technology strategies, assess clients’ technology capabilities, and design modern architectures that support their business goals. You’re familiar with established technologies and passionate about emerging technologies but able to translate those into real business value instead of technical details.
You’ll work hands-on with clients while also helping build Futurice’s internal capabilities and technology strategy offering. As AI is currently very topical to many of our clients, experience in data and AI is highly valued.

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.

About The Role

In this role, you’ll shape technology strategies, assess clients’ technology capabilities, and design modern architectures that support their business goals. You’ll work hands-on with clients while also helping build Futurice’s internal capabilities and technology strategy offering. As AI is currently very topical to many of our clients, experience in data and AI is highly valued.
Your Work May Include
- Acting as the technology expert in strategic consulting engagements
- Bridging business and technology with cross-functional teams
- Supporting sales with technical insights and proposal development
- Designing and facilitating workshops and creating clear, compelling presentations for C-level discussions
- Contributing to the development of Futurice’s Technology Strategy services
- Have 5–10+ years of experience in digital/technology/data/AI strategies or architecture
- Communicate well with C-level executives and have consulting experience
- Understand typical enterprise technology stack and modern technologies related to AI, cloud and data
- Enjoy advisory-type work and fast-paced 6–10 week projects
- Communicate fluently in English and Finnish
- Value collaboration, curiosity, and helping others to grow
