Primary Mission:


Build and operationalize AI-driven capabilities that elevate client-centric marketing across the four business units of ODDO BHF – Private Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Corporates – while ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable commercial impact. A key success factor will be to establish a strong track record of delivering impactful, measurable outcomes that demonstrate the value of AI and analytics for marketing and sales.


Your Missions:


Within the Group Marketing organization, you report to the Data Marketing Transformation Lead.

You are the single point of contact in Group Marketing for data and AI working in close collaboration with the Data and Digital Teams.


As a Data Analyst & Scientist, you will be pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Starting from basic data analytics tasks, you will be guiding us to advanced analytics, first AI applications and predictive insights. Your insights will provide valuable business intelligence helping to understand customer behavior and preferences.

The ambition is to create an internal marketing agency 3.0 powered by AI to accelerate the organization’s shift to client-centricity by championing data ownership and literacy.


In this role, your primary responsibilities include:


1. Data Analytics & Science ~70%

1.1 Data Analytics & Science Roadmap

Develop the marketing and sales data roadmap based on the priorities identified with the business marketing and sales teams

Be responsible for the delivery of the projects considering KPIs and performance metrics


1.2 Implement Analytics Projects

Create PowerBI dashboards to measure impact of events and campaigns, automate budget planning and monitoring, and establish a marketing reporting on run and transformation


1.3 Implement Data Science Projects

Deliver data science projects from data collection and analytics to moonshot implementation

  • 360° Brand & Client Cockpit – continuous voice-of-client and satisfaction tracking
  • Client Centricity – AI-powered trend and sentiment monitoring for dynamic product and service refinement
  • Client Data Chatbot – instant, intelligent access to client insights
  • AI-driven campaigns – frequent, hyper-personalized, cost-efficient outreach using agentic automation
  • Automated content production – aligned with brand voice, accelerating time-to-market and engagement
  • Personalized engagement strategies – AI-driven interactions across all touchpoints to deepen relationships
  • Performance analytics – real-time feedback loops, CRM data exploration and segmentation
  • Benchmarking – establish benchmarks for marketing performance against industry standards and competitors


2. Data Transformation ~30%

2.1 Data Governance & Management

Implement best practices for data documentation and data quality for sales and marketing data

Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies


2.2 Data Culture

Be an ambassador of the data culture development within sales and marketing functions

Actively identify new opportunities for businesses to leverage data science and analytics tools


The role is based in Frankfurt, Saarbrücken or Paris with travels to France and Germany.

Your profile


  • Master’s degree in business engineering or data science
  • 0-5 years of experience in data science, AI and business analytics
  • Strong background in marketing/sales/CRM analytics
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, PowerBI, and ML/GenAI frameworks
  • Initiative-taking, curious, team player, international outlook
  • Effective communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English and German or French (all three is a plus)
