The role & mission:
Be part of something big from the ground up. You'll work on exciting AI projects with strong executive support, experiencing the energy of a start-up backed by a global industry leader. Take part in hackathons, connect with the broader tech community, and help build our strategic innovation hub that creates game-changing solutions for clients worldwide.
Your experience & skills:
- 2+ years of development experience (adjustable based on seniority)
- Strong skills in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular work too)
- Hands-on experience with NestJS/NodeJS or similar backend technologies
- Experience with Python for AI integrations
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs
- Creative problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with MongoDB and cloud deployments
- Hands-on work with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
- Experience with RAG systems and AI deployments
- Understanding of infrastructure for AI applications
- Lead your own AI projects from prototype to production with full autonomy
- Work closely with our Dublin and international Innovation teams while driving independent initiatives
- Turn AI prototypes into real-world applications that businesses actually use
- Thrive in an Agile environment where you can make decisions and see immediate results
- Continuously learn and experiment with the newest AI tools and techniques
