What You'll Drive
- Architectural Oversight: Maintain a clear technical roadmap that balances the maintenance of stable core systems with the modernization of legacy Java 8 components
- Targeted Modernization: Lead the transition of selected services to Java 21 and Spring Boot, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the existing ecosystem
- Stack Integration: Bridge the Java backend with PHP/Laravel and Vue.js web portals to provide a unified and high-speed user experience
- Data Integrity: Oversee complex data modeling and PostgreSQL migrations via Liquibase, ensuring high performance across millions of financial transactions
- System Reliability: Refine asynchronous processing through RabbitMQ to handle intensive, real-time fintech traffic
- Quality Assurance: Uphold strict quality gates and automated testing frameworks (JUnit/Cucumber) to guarantee regression safety during system evolution
- Java Specialist: Deep experience in Java-based enterprise systems (Spring Boot) with the pragmatism to manage and upgrade legacy Java 8/GWT components
- Polyglot Awareness: You understand how modern frontend portals (Laravel/Vue.js) interface with complex, multi-version backend services
- Integration Expert: Practical knowledge of RabbitMQ for async messaging and REST APIs for defining internal service contracts
- Data-First: Advanced skills in PostgreSQL, schema versioning, and high-stakes transaction management
- Strategic Evolution: A proven track record of evolving specific system components within a live environment without destabilizing production
- Methodical: A strong advocate for automated testing, stability, and high-quality technical documentation
