We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) who’s ready to take ownership of user experience across our core product, influence design decisions, and create intuitive, high-quality interfaces that scale. This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll join as an experienced designer expected to bring best practices, share ideas, and help us evolve our platform to meet growing global demand.

In This Position You Will

  • Define and drive UX strategy, aligning user needs, business goals, and product vision
  • Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translate insights into actionable design decisions
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products
  • Create, document, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver feasible and aligned design solutions
  • Own and clearly communicate design decisions, presenting concepts and advocating for user-centered outcomes
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and guidance
  • Apply usability best practices and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) across the product
  • Iterate continuously using analytics, user feedback, and testing results to improve the product experience
  • Maintain a strong customer-first mindset, deeply understanding user needs and representing the customer in every design decision
  • Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation

We Expect That You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with strong end-to-end ownership
  • Proven experience designing complex, data-driven digital products
  • Ability to independently run user research and customer interviews (B2B experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong skill in breaking down complexity into clear and intuitive user experiences
  • Customer-first mindset and experience working closely with product managers and engineers
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, prototyping, and design documentation
  • Solid understanding of usability best practices and basic accessibility (WCAG)
  • Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience in infrastructure, IP, or similar technical domains
  • Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or advanced tables
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
  • Basic understanding of front-end implementation
