The Role:
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of marketing and advertising initiatives across the Belgium and Luxembourg markets. This role involves close collaboration with the French Channel Marketing Team dedicated to the region, the broader International Wholesale Marketing Team, and the Belux Sales Team. You will support all asset classes—fixed income, equities, multi-asset, and private markets—targeting key audience segments including wholesale, institutional, and end investors.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch & English is essential
- Fluent French is highly preferred
The position is ideally based in Paris, France, but we are open to considering Luxembourg or the Netherlands depending on the candidate’s profile.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Brand Execution
- Work with wider Marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, brand activities, and marketing initiatives across wholesale, institutional, and end-investor audiences.
- Actively support the Regional Marketing Lead and the wider Marketing Team on the planning and execution of global ad hoc projects.
- Implement regular and tactical email campaigns to deliver top-quality digital communications to clients.
- Deliver other digital initiatives such as videos, landing pages, online brochures, etc.
- Manage and develop the content pipeline for clients and media partnerships, including advertorials and content for external publications and websites.
- Content development and channel management for the LinkedIn profile within the Belgium channel.
- Create and update content for the Belgium and Luxembourg websites.
- Support the Belux Sales Team to help them achieve their business objectives with accurate and timely marketing material.
- Create and update materials to support campaigns, events, or sales activity, working closely with relevant teams.
- Maintain a comprehensive range of marketing literature, being responsible for delivery from start to finish.
- Regular reporting and analysis on digital KPIs to measure campaign results across advertising, email marketing, videos, campaigns, social media, websites, Google Ads, and other relevant digital promotional activities.
- Support the Regional Marketing Lead on invoice processing and budget reviews required for forecasts and finance reporting.
- Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure deadlines are met and processes are followed.
- Ensure all marketing literature and activities comply with regulatory and TCF requirements of the FCA, CSSF, and FSMA, and that compliance processes are strictly adhered to.
- Fluent Dutch speaker with a good level of English and French.
- A marketing qualification and relevant previous work experience in marketing roles.
- Good understanding of investment products and the financial services industry.
- Enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with different people and departments.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and identify priorities.
- Digitally-led with creative flair.
- Deadline-oriented, excellent proof-reading skills, and able to work effectively with tight deadlines.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
