What You'll Be Doing
Your mission will be to design and deliver intuitive, brand-aligned digital interfaces across web and mobile. You will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end UX/UI design for websites, landing pages, emails, and digital assets - from discovery and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups, and final specs.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.
- Building and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency, accessibility and responsive behavior across devices.
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure high-quality implementation, translating designs into actionable specs and adapting for platforms like HubSpot.
- Running usability validation (heuristic reviews, A/B testing), analyzing UX performance, and continuously optimizing experiences with data-driven improvements.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI and digital design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Digital Design or related field.
- Portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that align digital design with brand identity.
- Proven experience in design and prototyping tools (Figma), and in creating/maintaining design systems.
- Strong command of usability, accessibility, responsive/mobile-first principles and best practices across all digital assets.
- Front-end knowledge and experience adapting designs to platforms like HubSpot.
- Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
