Translate campaign concepts, drops, and brand moments into cohesive visual systems across digital and physical formats.
Design high-impact assets for CRM (emails, flows, app visuals) in close collaboration with marketing and retention teams.
Ensure all communication assets are aligned with Minga's brand voice: edgy, confident, subcultural, and never corporate.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery.
Stay up to date with graphic design trends, digital culture, and subcultures relevant to Minga's audience.
Core Communication Guidelines Visual hierarchy that is bold, clear, and intentional, strong headlines, confident layouts, no visual clutter.
Consistent typography system across all channels (titles, body copy, captions, CTAs), with clear usage rules.
A restrained but powerful colour palette that reinforces Minga's identity while allowing room for experimentation.
Use of imagery that feels raw, expressive, and authentic.
Layouts that prioritise clarity and impact, especially in fast-paced channels like email and social.
A clear balance between creative freedom and recognisable brand codes, ensuring instant brand recognition.
Requirements 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on brand communication and digital design.
Proven experience designing for multiple channels: digital, social, email, print, and packaging.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led communication design and campaign thinking.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
Experience working closely with marketing and e-commerce teams.
