Your roleAs an HR Assistant, you will support day-to-day HR operations and play an important role in ensuring smooth people processes across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the HR team and internal stakeholders.
What you will do- Support administrative HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, records, offboarding)
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination)
- Support training and internal development initiatives
- Assist with payroll inputs and coordination with external providers
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable labour regulations
- 12th grade completed (Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or similar is a plus)
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR support or HR administrative role
- Good knowledge of HR administrative processes and labour regulations (Portugal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
