Accountabilities
- Uncover revenue blockers to drive customer expansion and retention
- Run incremental experiments across the customer journey
- Collaborate with engineering to validate ideas through A/B tests
- Transform successful tests into lasting product improvements
- Define success metrics and prioritize the experiment backlog
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Hands-on experience with the revenue lifecycle
- Understanding of SaaS or eCommerce metrics
- Experience with experimentation cycles
- Ability to use manual workflows and AI tools effectively
