We are looking for a hands-on, people-oriented Recruitment & People Operations Specialist to proactively shape and drive our future growth.



Who you are

You are organized, people-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. You like working with candidates just as much as you appreciate structured processes, documentation, and administrative tasks. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for a broad range of positions while supporting our People & Culture team with operational and organizational topics.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-senior management roles based in Zurich, from job posting to contract finalization
  • Conduct and coordinate screening and interviews for above mentioned roles independently
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Create and manage job postings based on approved accountability charts, ensuring alignment with our values and GenTwo’s CI guidelines
  • Coordinate the interview process closely with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Prepare job offers based on approved FTE requests, including all required components
  • Conduct background checks and ensure all pre-employment requirements are fulfilled
  • Manage employment contracts and support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal company requirements
  • Maintain accurate, complete and well-structured documentation and employee files
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent sources
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related projects
  • Support the Head of People & Culture with various administrative and organizational tasks


Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a comparable HR role, ideally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and international environment
  • Solid knowledge of recruiting processes and HR administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style – you enjoy administrative work
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and remain calm under pressure
  • Confident coordination and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
