We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Supply Chain Controlling to join our European operations team. In this role, you will support Supply Chain Management through data-driven insights, financial reporting, and performance analysis focused on inventory activities across the region.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
This is a limited position for 24 months.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Support the Supply Chain Management with analysis and reporting of European inventory activities. Analyze and understand variances against the targets, prepare explanations and presentations for the deviations to the top management.
- Prepare reports & track Inventory Improvement with Material Dept.
- Responsible for month end close reporting, consolidation, and integrity of data. Be part of the month end process closing activities & understanding costs & accruals process.
- Support the preparation of the annual budget as well as the 5-year forecast for Inventory and update of the financial exhibits.
- Prepare the annual standard costing calculation, as well as the ad-hoc calculation for standard costs.
- Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis (technical and analytical support), including presentation materials, as directed by management (RDSL Calculation, Lead Time, others).
- Monthly preparation (Actuals & Forecast) of the warehouse financial plan, POR preparation & budget preparation & presentation.
- Maintain and contribute to improvements of department analytical tools, processes, and databases.
- University degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools).
- Experience working cross-functionally in an international organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Distinctive analytical, pragmatic and result oriented competencies.
- Oracle Hyperion knowledge.
- Flexible attitude, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, able to identify and handle priorities.
