About The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer / System Owner who will both further develop and manage our internally built systems, while also helping shape how we work with software development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internally built systems, including both new features and long-term maintenance
- Take end-to-end ownership of one or more systems, including technical decisions and long-term roadmap planning
- Work closely with business stakeholders on requirements management and prioritization
- Translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvements in development processes, tools, and ways of working
- Contribute to architectural decisions and overall system design
- Act as a technical point of contact for your systems across the organization

- Experience in requirements management in close collaboration with business and end users
- Solid background in system architecture and software design
- Strong Java programming skills
- Experience from the aerospace industry or other regulated environments
- Previous experience in project management, technical leadership, or leading roles in development projects
