🚀 Senior Java Full-Stack Developer

We are currently supporting a well-established Swedish consulting company that is continuing to grow due to strong customer demand. They are now looking to hire multiple Senior Java Full-Stack Developers to join their team on a permanent basis.


This is a role for experienced developers who enjoy varied customer projects, strong technical ownership, and the freedom to shape both their assignments and compensation.


💼 The Role


As a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer, you will work on long-term customer assignments across a range of industries, from modern product companies to established enterprises.


You will:

  • Build and maintain modern Java-based backend systems
  • Work end-to-end across backend, frontend, and cloud
  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams
  • Have the opportunity to choose between different assignments over time to support your personal and technical development


Assignments are primarily based in the Gothenburg region. Most roles follow a hybrid model (minimum 2 days per week on-site), though this can vary depending on the client.

👤 What We’re Looking For


  • 8–10+ years of professional development experience
  • Strong background in Java full-stack development
  • Experience working across multiple customer projects
  • High focus on code quality, maintainability, and best practices
  • Comfortable in a consultative role with customer interaction
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Academic degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc. in IT or similar) is preferred


Candidates must already be living in Sweden and have the right to work.
