We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer who is comfortable owning quality end-to-end — from manual testing to building automation from scratch.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks from the ground up
- Perform manual testing when automation is not suitable
- Define test strategies, test cases, and test data
- Automate API, backend, and (if applicable) UI tests
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product owners
- Take responsibility for quality, not just test execution
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing
- Proven ability to create automation frameworks from scratch
- Solid programming skills (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST tools)
- Good understanding of test design, QA processes, and agile teams
- Independent, structured, and proactive mindset
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with cloud environments and microservices
- Performance or security testing experience
- Experience mentoring or setting QA standards
