As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and product goals into elegant designs that delight customers. You will be working in a proactive environment, having your space to bring your ideas and solutions to the hospitality around Europe.
Responsibilities
User Research & Insights
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behaviours and validate design decisions.
• Analyze feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Create high-fidelity user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Design UI elements and responsive interfaces that align with our design system, brand and product vision.
• Maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for consistency.
• Partner with developers, and other designers to iterate on features and implementation.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for user-centred approaches.
• Iterate designs based on user testing outcomes, usage metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Continuously refine the UX/UI to balance aesthetic quality, usability, and performance.
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong portfolio showing UX and UI work (mobile & web).
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Experience conducting user research and usability tests.
• Familiarity with responsive design and component-based design systems.
• Comfortable collaborating in Agile or fast-paced teams.
