Financial Analyst / Controller | Gdańsk, Poland | Hybrid
We're working with Arrow on this exciting opportunity. Join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and system optimization, contributing to a leading value-added distributor of innovative IT solutions.
The Role
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports, focusing on US GAAP and Austrian GAAP (UGB).
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and business reviews to support data-driven decisions.
• Provide documentation and information for internal and external audits.
• Implement and optimize financial systems and tools, including Microsoft AX and Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient financial processes.
What You'll Need
• Degree in Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with complex data sets.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Team-oriented, communicative, and structured work approach.
