We are looking for an “SAP ABAP Application Supervisor” who will be able to work with an enthusiasm for implementing pioneering steps on the subject of development solutions to join our Professional Services team.

What makes you a good fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields,
- Minimum of 3–5 years of SAP ABAP experience,
- Hands-on expertise in ABAP Objects, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, ALV, BADI, User Exit, and IDoc,
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI processes and accounting integrations,
- Familiarity with E-Solutions (E-Invoice, E-Archive, E-Ledger) processes,
- Analytical mindset, solution-oriented, and strong follow-up skills,
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage demands and stakeholders,
- Preferably experience in SAP S/4HANA projects,
- Additional plus: experience in holding/multi-subsidiary structures, working with integrator firms, and knowledge of SAP CPI integrations.
What you’ll experience working at Softtech:
- Perform ABAP development, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities on SAP systems,
- Develop integrated solutions with SAP FI and other relevant modules,
- Collect, analyze, and finalize E-Solutions requests (E-Invoice, E-Archive, E-Ledger) from subsidiaries,
- Coordinate with SAP functional teams, finance teams, and integrator firms to ensure smooth operations,
- Provide fast and permanent solutions to live system issues,
- Manage testing, go-live, and documentation processes end-to-end,
- Ensure system continuity and reliability within the scope of application responsibility.

What else you need to know:
- This position is onsite. Employees are expected to work five days a week from our Levent İş Kuleleri office in Istanbul.
