Location: Krakow Hybrid 2 days Office / 3 days Remote

Roles and Responsibilities
- Extensive experience of working in complex systems environments is essential
- Excellent knowledge of regulated financial institutions and broad industry knowledge is essential.
- Extensive project management skills and experience of managing large and complex global projects in a change environment is paramount.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Manager role
- Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco level to analysts, specialising in impactful communication
- Previous experience of working remotely with onshore and offshore teams is essential
- Proven delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
- Experience in applying Agile methodology in project and product development
- Familiarity with the CLIENT standards and processes
- Impeccable written, verbal and presentation skills. Exposure and success working within a global matrix organization model
- Ensure alignment to the Finance Data Quality Issue Management operating model and to DAO standards
- Drive collaboration across Finance and upstream Change and IT teams, ensuring good communication, aligned delivery plans, and reduction of complexity where possible.
- Work closely with the Treasury Data Lead and DAO Data Managers to ensure data quality remediation targets are met
- Plan data quality issue triage, solution design, development, testing and verification
- Identify risks and issues, identify mitigation plans, and escalate to stakeholders as appropriate
- Provide accurate and meaningful status reporting
- Making recommendations to influence decision-making to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation
- Proactively managing baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget demonstrating clear ability to deliver to commitments
- Managing stakeholder and senior management relationships across different markets and GBGFs
- Programme SteerCos and Working Groups.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Managing and mentoring offshore DAO Data Managers
- Influencing team members at all levels of seniority from multiple business, Operations, Change and IT teams
- Provides motivational leadership, sets team performance expectations and monitors progress
- Overall responsibility for remediation of a set of priority data quality issues
