As an IT Intern, you won't just be doing basic tasks; you'll be the reliable first line of defense and support that keeps our globally distributed Ardoq team running smoothly. This role is essential because you will directly contribute to employee productivity by ensuring every team member, from Engineering to Sales, has the reliable technology they need to focus on our mission. You’ll gain hands-on experience with core enterprise IT operations and systems, making you an immediate impact player while accelerating your career in a high-growth SaaS environment.
On a Typical Day, You Will
- Set up and configure new employee laptops
- Assist the IT team with day-to-day operations and end-user support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software for employees
- Help maintain and update internal documentation for IT processes and systems
- Participate in small IT projects, such as system upgrades or software deployment rollouts
- A strong interest in IT operations, technical support, and troubleshooting
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)
- Basic familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Paid internship for up to 18 months
