We are seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst with mandatory Big 4 consulting experience to support strategy formulation, new business initiatives, and market research. The role will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, develop data-driven business cases, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Planning
- Support corporate and business unit strategy development aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Conduct strategic assessments, competitive analysis, and benchmarking across industries and markets.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
New Business & Growth Initiatives
- Identify, assess, and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
- Support M&A, joint ventures, and expansion projects where applicable.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct in-depth market, customer, and industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
Stakeholder & Leadership Support
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to support decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, marketing, and technology teams.
Mandatory Requirements
- Big 4 consulting experience is mandatory (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or corporate strategy roles.
- Strong exposure to new business development, market entry, or growth strategy projects.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Experience working with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
