  • Proven experience delivering Digital Transformation projects in Government / Public Sector
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC methodologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Vendors)
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, portals, APIs, cloud, or low-code solutions
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master)
  • Experience with Smart Government, e-Services, or Citizen-centric platforms
  • Exposure to Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale)
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and procurement processes in government projects
