- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
- Proven experience delivering Digital Transformation projects in Government / Public Sector
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Vendors)
- Familiarity with digital platforms, portals, APIs, cloud, or low-code solutions
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master)
- Experience with Smart Government, e-Services, or Citizen-centric platforms
- Exposure to Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale)
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and procurement processes in government projects
