Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Programme Management Intern to support the delivery of CFTE’s programmes and client projects.

This is a hands-on role that will give you exposure to high-impact clients, cutting-edge topics, and real programme delivery. You will work closely with programme managers, domain experts, and delivery teams to ensure our programmes meet CFTE’s standards of exceptional quality and impact.

What you'll do:

• Support programme and project managers across the planning and delivery of client engagements
• Work with domain experts to help prepare programme materials and client-facing deliverables
• Support the delivery of CFTE’s programmes in person as a teaching assistant, including participant coordination and classroom support
• Assist on client projects involving central banks, governments, and leading financial institutions
• Conduct research on topics such as artificial intelligence, digital finance, blockchain, and digital assets
• Support internal operations by helping improve processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency
• Assist with programme preparation, logistics, and post-programme follow-up activities
