Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to join the APAC team in Singapore at a leading global electronic trading platform delivering innovative multi-asset solutions to institutional clients across the region.
In this role, you will expand the platform’s presence in regional electronic bond markets, drive adoption, and maximise market share. You’ll collaborate closely with trading and sales teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure the platform evolves to meet market needs and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of local government bonds across APAC, engaging both buy and sell side participants
- Focus on markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines
- Travel regionally to engage directly with trading and sales desks, building strong client relationships and driving activity on the platform
- Take ownership of platform performance, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues
- Implement strategies to maximise dealer support for trades and platform features
- Deliver system demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences including Trading, Sales, and Technology teams
- Provide regular insights and updates to management to support informed, real-time decision-making
Requirements
- Significant experience in local government bond markets across APAC, ideally with a background in trading or sales
- Strong business development experience and understanding of buy/sell side trading desk operations
- Credible, dynamic professional with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong commercial insight and ability to influence key stakeholders
- Established network and reputation in the region
- Deep understanding of fixed income products and electronic trading platforms
