Web3 Earn Product Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Basic Product Operations: Manage wallet protocol launches and decommissions, perform daily product maintenance, and conduct acceptance testing for new products.
• Booster Earn Product Operations: Collaborate with project teams to build campaign products that meet Web3 Wallet Earn requirements; skilled in setting standards, defining requirements, and tracking progress.
• On-chain Product Research: Continuously explore new on-chain earning opportunities and propose product solutions to integrate them into the wallet Earn product ecosystem.
• Due diligence and fund monitoring in On-chain Projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have deep involvement in on-chain DeFi earning projects, understand on-chain product mechanisms, and be capable of conducting in-depth research and audits of on-chain projects.
• Should possess both product thinking and operational mindset, with the ability to drive improvements in user experience. (Priority given to candidates with experience as on-chain DeFi product managers.)
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas project teams.
