About The Role
The Executive Assistant – Operations role at CoreWeave is a vital position within the leadership support organization. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to 34 senior executives, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and organizational growth. The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, handle communications across multiple time zones, and proactively anticipate the needs of executives. The role requires a high degree of discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will support key team initiatives, organize events, and assist with reporting to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding organization at the forefront of AI and cloud technology innovation.
Qualifications
- 35+ years of experience providing executive support to Senior Directors and/or Vice Presidents
- Proven project management skills, including tracking deliverables and driving follow-through
- Extensive experience managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and logistics for executives
- Experience supporting or planning corporate events such as offsites, all-hands meetings, and team-building activities
- Strong written communication skills, including document writing, editing, and professional correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated capability to identify process improvements and implement efficiencies
- Preferred: Experience supporting multiple executives in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Experience working with other Executive Assistants on shared initiatives or programs
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to 34 senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
- Organize and support company events, offsites, and team meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
- Assist with expense reporting, budgeting, and procurement processes
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and address potential issues before they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve workflows
- Help coordinate special projects and initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
