- Oversee all team deliverables and conduct Agile team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Perform story analysis and manage the evolution of User Stories and backlog items
- Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Leads in release planning and quarterly planning
- Provide clarification and direction to development and support teams
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience with Agile processes and ceremonies, including backlog refinement and release demos
- Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Partners, developers, and architects
- Experience with managing IT projects and delivering results
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of federal government development lifecycles
- Experience facilitating troubleshooting sessions with a development team
- Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
