- Experience with managing IT projects and delivering results
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of federal government development lifecycles
- Experience facilitating troubleshooting sessions with a development team
- Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
