This is a full-time role focused on regulatory advisory, CFTC and exchange-facing work, and complex investigations. You would serve as a strategic regulatory advisor to the business, providing guidance on CFTC, DCM, SEF, and exchange rules; overseeing regulatory responses; managing trading-related investigations; and partnering closely with the CCO on program enhancements and governance.
