Full-timeRemote FriendlyProduct Management, Marketing

We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Product Manager/ Product Analyst to work closely with our Head of Product, helping bring clarity, structure and momentum to how we build.

This role sits at the intersection of business, product and engineering. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the product function - turning ambiguous ideas into clear, actionable work, improving the quality of delivery and freeing up senior product time for strategic thinking.

This is a fast-paced role in a startup. You’ll juggle multiple hats, work across commercial, engineering and design teams and operate comfortably in ambiguity.

Key responsibilities

1: Product delivery & execution

  • Turn ambiguous problems and pain points into clear, implementable requirements
  • Write high-quality tickets and requirements that engineering can build with minimal ambiguity
  • Own backlog hygiene and support print planning and refinement
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to refine scope and unblock delivery

2: Translation & alignment

  • Act as a translator between commercial and technical teams
  • Listen in on meetings and turn discussion into clear actions and next steps
  • Ensure stakeholder needs are accurately captured and reflected in product work

3: Discovery, insights & analysis

  • Support and conduct stakeholder and customer interviews
  • Analyse product data, usage and feedback to identify patterns and insights
  • Create clear summaries and presentations to support product decisions
  • Share trends and insights internally to inform product direction

4: Enablement & documentation

  • Create workflows, user journey diagrams and process maps
  • Develop and maintain product guides, FAQs and internal documentation
  • Support customer self-serve through clear, well-structured content

Required skills and experience

Must-have

  • 1-4 years’ experience in a tech company or digital consultancy in an analytical, product or delivery role
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets, SQL desirable)
  • Exceptional written communication and structured thinking
  • Experience gathering and documenting and refining business or product requirements
  • Strong process mapping and systems thinking skills
  • Confident working with engineers, designers and commercial stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining sense of the bigger picture
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS or technical product experience
  • Exposure to early stage or scaling companies
  • Experience supporting agile teams or sprint rituals
