WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As our Digital Designer, you’ll work on a wide range of design and UX tasks that elevate our brand and improve the customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Designs: Craft impactful visuals for marketing campaigns that stand out across social media, ads, and digital platforms.
• Email Designs: Create eye-catching email templates that drive engagement and conversions.
• Website Banners: Design striking web banners that enhance the browsing experience.
• Wireframes & Landing Pages: Develop wireframes and landing pages that are visually appealing and optimized for eCommerce success.
• Website Templates.
• Packaging Concepts: Bring your creativity to packaging design, ensuring our products look as stunning as they perform.
• Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision for campaigns and photoshoots, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 2-3+ years as a Digital Designer, preferably in an eCommerce or beauty/fashion setting.
• Expertise: Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• ECommerce Knowledge: A solid understanding of the eCommerce customer journey and how to design for conversion and engagement.
• Creativity: A passion for beauty aesthetics and the ability to align designs with our brand tone and audience.
• Problem-Solving: Experience designing user-friendly solutions that balance creativity with functionality.
• Collaboration: A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
