About the role

This newly created Product Management role sits within a leading Australian provider of healthcare and assisted technology solutions, supporting customers across hospital, aged care, retail and direct-to-home settings.

The business has experienced consistent year-on-year growth, operates a national footprint and is vertically integrated with a strong own-brand portfolio. • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and inform pricing, promotions and product lifecycle decisions.
  • Support Sales teams in the field with assessments, demonstrations and technical expertise, building confidence and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Training to develop educational content, POS materials, campaigns and structured training programs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging technologies to maintain market leadership.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to leadership, supporting strategic commercial decisions.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in product management, category management within healthcare or FMCG
  • Experienced sales reps from a relevant background will be considered
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare equipment markets, particularly mobility, bedding or seating solutions
  • Proven ability to analyse data, interpret insights and translate them into commercial strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and training skills for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work autonomously within a cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel interstate to support stores, sales teams and customers as and when required.
