Role: Fullstack Engineer (Backend‑Oriented Focus)

• Location: Helsinki (1 day per week on-site)
• Duration: 12 months (extension options available)
• Employment type: Full-time (160 hours /pm)
• Contract type: B2B Freelance
• Note: Must be able to work on-site in Helsinki

Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve personalisation microservices and APIs
• Integrate backend systems with AWS
• Implement tracking, consent, and data‑quality practices
• Design and optimise modern, high‑load APIs for performance and resilience

Requirements:

• Strong backend engineering skills using Node.js/TypeScript or Java/Spring
• Experience with AWS and microservices architectures
• Solid REST API design and implementation experience
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring best practices (logging, metrics, alerting)

Bonus points for:

• Salesforce ecosystem familiarity
• Recommendation systems or personalisation engine experience
• Experience with their tech stack: AWS CDK, Docker, Angular
