🏗️ Role: Senior Project Manager - Residential (Apartments & Housing)

📍Location: Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland (On-site

📋 What’s involved:

  • Take full responsibility for the delivery of a large-scale residential development consisting of apartments and housing.
  • Lead the project from construction stage through to completion, handover, and close-out.
  • Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
  • Oversee project planning, sequencing, and progress reporting, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Maintain strong control of budgets, cost reporting, and variations in conjunction with the commercial team.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, BCAR requirements, health and safety legislation, and company procedures.
  • Act as the main point of contact between site, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive a high standard of workmanship and proactively manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.

  • 🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

    • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Project Management within the construction industry.
    • Proven experience delivering large-scale residential developments (apartments and/or housing).
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, programme management, and residential compliance requirements.
    • Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
