In KNA, a Project Manager is trusted to ensure the success of the managed work streams, projects or programs under a changing environment and conditions. Project Manager is expected to engage and enable resources, prioritize work, act towards removal of obstacles to ensure project outcomes on time, cost, and quality.
As Project Manager, you will:
- Be overall responsible for project execution
- Be overall responsible for meeting customer/contract requirements
- Be responsible for financial performance in the project
- Define and manage project scope - from Contract & Statement of Work to detailed Work Packages
- Plan-out and manage project budget
- Analyze and track project expenses
- Define and manage project schedule
- Continuously review and prioritize Work Packages
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks of various types and impact (scope, budget, schedule, resources)
- Manage cross-functional project team and its members to ensure a collaborative, open and trust-based work environment
- Engage stakeholders to secure required resources or inputs for successful project delivery
- Report project progress to the customer and upper management
We expect you to have:
- Be result-oriented and take ownership
- Be able to act and adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Have managed engineering projects of 1+ year duration with multiple workstreams
- Have 2+ year experience in product development and production
- Have good knowledge of Project Management standards
- Seek the bigger picture and navigate towards it
- Demonstrate teamwork-oriented work approach
- Be decisive and demonstrate proactive attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing space domain projects
- Knowledge in ECSS standards and their implementation
- Experience in managing an engineering team
- Certification in Project Management

Salary
- Salary starts from 3600 to 5100 gross/per month
