Technical Support Engineer – AI Marketing Platform
We help marketing teams take control of their funnels with strategy, creativity, and AI-powered insights. Our platform gives full visibility across campaigns with first-party tracking, attribution, and creative intelligence.
We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be the backbone of our customer success. You’ll solve complex technical problems, ensure data quality, and make sure every customer gets the most from the platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide fast, clear technical support via email, chat, and online calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, collaborating with Customer Success and Tech teams
- Guide customers through onboarding and data setup
- Test new features and identify improvements before launch
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication in Dutch and/or English
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset
- SaaS technical support experience
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Databrix
