About The Job

  • Based in Lisbon, the Sales and Trading Assistant Team for EMEA Structured Products is an extension of the sales teams based in Europe charged with assisting the team in their daily activities, working in close proximity with each sales person to deliver quality service and products to our clients. We are part of a global sales workforce in charge of selling tailor-made investments solutions (Structured and Derivatives Products), including both Equities and Fixed Income underliers.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Book trade transactions and verify settlement accuracy
  • Coordinate with middle‑office and back‑office teams for smooth post‑trade processing
  • Communicate trade details to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Assist the sales team with pre‑trade activities and deal preparation
  • Prepare marketing materials, pitch decks and client emails
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements
  • Contribute to the design and testing of digital tools for trade processes
  • Lead small automation projects to increase efficiency.

Profile And Skills To Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or management
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
