Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Zug. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and coordinating meetings and communications. The role will also involve assisting with daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of business activities and projects.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
- Ability to manage Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong background in Executive Support and providing assistance at a senior level
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with office software and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in supporting executives or working in a consultancy environment is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
