The Opportunity

What you'll do:
- Lead customer discovery to identify friction across the account lifecycle (sign-up, login, recovery, consent, deactivation) and translate insights into prioritized opportunities.
- Drive data-informed decisions by defining success metrics, testing hypotheses, and using experimentation, funnel analysis, and performance dashboards.
- Define and implement product strategy and roadmap in partnership with global PM, engineering, analytics, and design teams, using agile practices.
- Balance security, usability, performance, and risk reduction while improving engagement, retention, and platform health.
- Stay current on industry trends in identity management, risk-based authentication, device intelligence, and personalization using intelligent systems.
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in large-scale consumer or platform environments.
- Highly analytical, customer-focused, and experienced in performance-based product development.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer in globally distributed teams.
- Technically proficient with modern identity standards and protocols.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
