We’re hiring a (Sustainability) Project Manager Special Projects!

Join our team and help drive key sustainability initiatives, including reporting, double materiality analysis, and flagship social investment projects.

We’re looking for:

✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in sustainability-related roles

✔ Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting legislation and frameworks

✔ ESG ratings agencies experience is a plus

Your tasks:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Lead project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability
• Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
• Proven experience in project / program management, preferably in the energy sector
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and information in a concise and clear manner
• Ability to prepare reports and presentations and support decision making for various stakeholder groups
• Team oriented and able to coordinate and to align with different stakeholders.
• Certification: PMP / Prince2 / Agile / Scrum Master, desirable
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
