We’re hiring a (Sustainability) Project Manager Special Projects!
Join our team and help drive key sustainability initiatives, including reporting, double materiality analysis, and flagship social investment projects.
We’re looking for:
✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in sustainability-related roles
✔ Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting legislation and frameworks
✔ ESG ratings agencies experience is a plus
Your tasks:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Lead project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability
- Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
- Proven experience in project / program management, preferably in the energy sector
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and information in a concise and clear manner
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations and support decision making for various stakeholder groups
- Team oriented and able to coordinate and to align with different stakeholders.
- Certification: PMP / Prince2 / Agile / Scrum Master, desirable
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
