We ingest large-scale proprietary and third-party data across listings, transactions, demand signals, financing, and investor behaviour to power underwriting, valuations, and sales across retail and institutional real estate.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst to own analytical problem-solving across the business. You’ll sit close to leadership, product, AI, and sales, and be responsible for turning raw data into insights that directly affect revenue, product direction, and capital deployment.

This role is for someone who can ask the right questions, not just answer the ones given.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Analysis & Decision Support

• Lead deep-dive analyses across pricing, market dynamics, deal performance, and investor behaviour
• Build analytical frameworks to support underwriting, asset selection, and go-to-market strategy
• Provide clear, defensible insights to leadership for high-stakes decisions

Product & AI Collaboration

• Partner with Product and AI teams to define metrics, validate model outputs, and monitor performance
• Support valuation, demand prediction, and investor-matching analytics with rigorous analysis
• Identify data gaps, bias, and quality issues, and propose improvements

Revenue & Sales Analytics

• Own core brokerage, platform, and institutional revenue metrics
• Analyse funnel performance, conversion, and deal velocity
• Support sales teams with market intelligence, pricing analysis, and investor materials

Data Storytelling & Enablement

• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve tools for leadership and teams
• Translate complex analysis into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• Set analytical best practices and raise the bar for how data is used internally

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 6–10+ years in data analytics, BI, or applied analytics roles
• Experience in real estate, PropTech, FinTech, marketplaces, or investment-led businesses preferred

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL and data modelling skills
• Strong Python (or R) for analysis and experimentation
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
• Excellent Excel / Sheets skills

Judgment & Mindset

• Commercially minded — understands revenue, margin, and incentives
• Comfortable working with imperfect, real-world data
• Opinionated, structured, and able to influence senior stakeholders
