Senior Account Fixed Asset & General Ledger

01. Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

02. Oversee the complete lifecycle of fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, disposal, and reconciliation.

03. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper classification and recording of fixed asset transactions.

04. Perform regular reconciliations of fixed asset sub-ledgers to the general ledger accounts.

05. Prepare financial reports related to fixed assets and general ledger accounts for management review.

06. Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and analysis of account balances.

07. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries for the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.

08. Collaborate with the financial reporting team to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

09. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

10. Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations for fixed asset and general ledger activities.

11. Provide training and support to junior accounting staff and contribute to their professional development.

13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
