Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Food & Beverage (F&B) Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Doha, Qatar. The F&B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for our F&B outlets to drive revenue growth and engagement. This includes managing marketing campaigns, overseeing social media and digital platforms, creating promotional materials, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. The role will also involve coordinating events and ensuring consistent application of the Accor brand standards in all F&B marketing efforts.

Qualifications
  • Marketing expertise, including campaign development, content creation, and social media and digital marketing experience.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively oversee simultaneous marketing campaigns and events.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in F&B or hospitality marketing is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, data analytics, and reporting is an advantage.
