About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Global Social Media Coordinator to support the Global Social Media Team in sharing the MAGIC behind Charlotte Tilbury's sensational Skincare & Fragrance products, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone at the start of their social media career who is eager to learn, grow and develop within a fast-growing, ICONIC British beauty brand. Working closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and Global Head of Social, you will support a wide range of global campaigns and new product launches, helping to bring fun, engaging and social-first content to life.
You'll have a strong interest in the social media landscape - particularly Instagram and TikTok - and a genuine curiosity to absorb knowledge from the wider Social team while gaining hands-on experience across content creation, campaigns and reporting.
This role is based between our London Magic Office (3 days per week) and working from home, offering a hybrid working pattern.

As a Junior Social Media Coordinator you will
- Support the creation, posting and scheduling of daily Instagram Stories and feed content, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of these areas
- Assist with key campaign planning and scheduling across skincare campaigns and launches
- Generate ideas, plan and execute mini social campaigns, including Company-wide moments (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) and Social-first moments (e.g. World Sleep Day, Stress Awareness Day)
- Support analysis and reporting on social media performance (e.g. engagement, reach, views)
- Contribute ideas and support the planning of monthly social-first content shoots alongside the Senior Social Media Manager
- Support content capture at campaign and product shoots, as well as events
- Collaborate with TikTok Social Managers on content creation and emerging skincare trends
- Create short-form, social-first video content for Instagram and TikTok
- Monitor and share social trends and skincare competitor activity with the wider team
- Collaborate with the Copy team to ensure a consistent tone of voice across social channels
- Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team to support cohesive and collaborative execution
- Confidently and passionately communicate the Charlotte Tilbury brand and product story across social platforms

Working closely with the Global Head of Social, Skincare and the wider Social, Marketing & Creative teams
About You
- A recent graduate or someone seeking their first or next step in a social media career
- A genuine passion for skincare and beauty
- Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok (personal, academic or professional)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative team player
- Full of ideas, with a strong awareness of social trends and culture
