As a Technical Leader, you will lead a core part of our merchant and customer (B2B) checkout experience, building and evolving solutions that serve enterprise clients using our payments platform. You will combine technical expertise, architectural ownership, and people leadership to support the continuous evolution and scale of our payments ecosystem.

You will combine technical expertise, architectural ownership, and people leadership to support the continuous evolution and scale of our payments ecosystem.
🟣 How Yuno will challenge you
- Lead the technical evolution of Yuno’s merchant experience, focused on SDKs, APIs, and payment integrations
- Own system and integration architecture connecting backend services and payment flows
- Contribute hands-on to development, architecture decisions, and code reviews
- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions for enterprise merchants
- Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Payments teams to align platform and merchant needs
- Drive engineering best practices in API design, testing, and performance
- Support and mentor engineers through technical guidance and architectural direction
Must Have
- Advanced English; intermediate Spanish is a plus
- Experience in payments companies or payments-related teams
- Strong backend engineering experience, with focus on implementation and system design
- Proven experience building and maintaining SDKs, APIs, and integrations
- Solid understanding of scalable architectures and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin, Go, and Node.js
- Experience contributing to technical decisions and code reviews
- Experience working on merchant-facing platforms or enterprise systems
- Experience working in SCRUM or agile environments
