Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features in our NestJS backend and React frontend
• Own features end-to-end (requirements → build → test → release → monitor)
• Build and maintain scalable GraphQL APIs and modern React frontends
• Integrate and extend AI features across our platform
• Explore next-gen “AI Coding” tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.)
• Help shape our internal Developer Experience and tooling ecosystem
• Plan and commit sprint work realistically
• Communicate progress transparently (status, PRs, blockers, risks) to avoid surprises
• Take ownership proactively: identify problems, raise risks early and propose mitigations
• Review code promptly and constructively, optimize for team throughput and quality
• Mentor and support teammates (pairing, feedback, knowledge sharing)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals
• (Optional) Contribute to DevOps topics like Docker, Monitoring, CI/CD

Relevant Professional Experience:

We value both formal education and practical experience.

Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:

• Master’s Degree + 4 years experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree + 6 years experience.
• 10 years of hands-on engineering experience without a specific degree.
