What you'll do

• Lead the market surveillance, risk management framework and function for the Company.
• Design and implement frameworks to detect market manipulation, abusive behaviour, wash trading, and other suspicious activities.
• Oversee real-time surveillance tools, alerts, and investigation workflows.
• Ensure alignment with MiCA risk, conduct, and market abuse obligations.
• Develop and maintain the entity’s risk management framework, including operational, market, custodial, and counterparty risks.
• Prepare internal and regulatory reports on risk indicators, incidents, and mitigation measures.
• Work closely with Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to monitor changes in business and technical processes.

What you'll need

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in market surveillance, risk management, or compliance within financial institutions, crypto exchanges, or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of EU and MiCA market abuse rules.
• Experience with surveillance tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership and investigative skills.
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is strongly preferred.
