- Code scanning tools for quality and security
- Testing tools including unit testing, test automation, service virtualization, and performance testing
- Collaboration and release management tools
- Workstation development tools
- Continuous build, integration, and deployment systems
- Java/iOS/Android/JavaScript development
- Source code (SVN/Git) and artifact repositories (Nexus)
- Scripting languages for automation
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and practices such as impact mapping and story mapping
