We are looking for a Product Sales Manager to our Recovery Boiler team, which develops, sells and delivers recovery boilers to customers globally. Your main responsibility is to understand our customers’ needs and turn them into a perfect Valmet solution and lead the technical sales team’s efforts to ensure our offer hits the target.
As the Product Sales Manager you will create the winning concept and ensure the customer also understands and believes in it. This will include, for example, product and process design, proposal coordination, and technical negotiations. You will form a tight duo with the sales manager and act as the link between our product team and the customer. You will lead people throughout the organization to prepare our technical proposal and cost estimation.

Expectations
- We expect you to have a suitable educational background, preferably a Master’s degree in a relevant technological field and knowledge of recovery boiler processes.
- Fluent English is required, and other languages are an advantage.
- This position includes regular travelling around the world.
- We appreciate an open-minded and innovative thinker, who can push the limits of technology.
- You can develop competitive solutions and present them to customers in a compelling way.
- You understand customers’ needs and know the possibilities of our offering inside out.
- At the same time, you have a systematic way of working and can plan and prioritize your own work under pressure.
- Additionally, you will need great interpersonal skills to keep the sales team aligned and deliver timely and good quality quotations for our customers.
