Freelance Construction Project Manager – Dry Storage New Build

Location: Netherlands - Mixture of office and site based work

Duration: 6–12 months

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is building a new dry storage facility and is looking for an experienced freelance Construction Project Manager to oversee the project from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning and procurement to completion
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure compliance with Dutch building regulations and health & safety standards
• Report progress and risks to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction project manager, preferably in industrial, warehouse, or logistics facilities
• Strong knowledge of Dutch construction regulations
• Experience with new builds, ideally dry or cold storage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
