Freelance Construction Project Manager – Dry Storage New Build
Location: Netherlands - Mixture of office and site based work
Duration: 6–12 months
Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is building a new dry storage facility and is looking for an experienced freelance Construction Project Manager to oversee the project from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning and procurement to completion
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure compliance with Dutch building regulations and health & safety standards
- Report progress and risks to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction project manager, preferably in industrial, warehouse, or logistics facilities
- Strong knowledge of Dutch construction regulations
- Experience with new builds, ideally dry or cold storage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
