Descrição da Função

"ROLE: The Strategic Project Manager will work directly with the CEO to lead strategic initiatives, coordinating internally and externally to ensure successful project delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and solve key organizational challenges; Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects; Align projects with company strategy in collaboration with C-level and department heads; Produce insights from data to inform strategic decisions; Manage resources, budgets, and timelines; Contribute to overall strategic direction of the company. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred; 3+ years’ experience in strategy, project management, or consultancy; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration skills.
